Now my online system facing a lot of problem, today cannot online, call to complaint, tomorrow fixed. Then two more weeks, down again.
Then repeat the same procedure. Down - call - fixed - down....
I already make complaint by mail, by phone.
How to make my complaint more effective so that I no need to face these trouble....

哈哈,上次我好声好气地跟对方说我的modem坏了,要求他们来修理时,过了很旧也没有反应。结果我老母用非常尖锐的语气大闹一番,结果对方快快派人来修理。
不过我看howard兄也不会这么做~
我也想大吵大闹的。
可是,我都会想:「网络有问题又不是接线员的错,我骂她也没用啊!」
感觉就好像你想打人,却只能对着空气挥拳。
